Return & Refund Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery
We work with multiple distribution centers across the United States to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible.
Processing time: Each product has an individual processing time listed on its product page. Some items ship within 24–48 hours, while others may require additional processing time depending on availability.
Delivery time (after shipment):
- United States & Canada (parcel shipping): 2–7 business days
- Freight / LTL deliveries: up to 21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
3. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be in unused and resellable condition
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before returning any item

⚠️ Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
For returns due to buyer's remorse or change of mind:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 30 % restocking fee will be applied
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We provide a 30-day limited warranty on manufacturer defects.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include photos or videos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
7. Freight / Large Item Deliveries (LTL)
- Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment
- The carrier will contact you prior to delivery
- A signature is required upon delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment
